Define Your Motherhood is a 5-day workshop focused on helping you gain clarity on your true desires of what you want your role as a mother to look like. Through daily journaling you’ll discover what you need for journey to look more like what you want it to be. Each day, you’ll be prompted with and audio lesson and guided questions that will support you in different aspects of motherhood. You’ll discover what you need to do in order to change anything you don’t like and move forward with more positivity and outlook for the future.

WHAT’S THE TIME INVESTMENT:

We recommend spending 30-60 minutes every night for 5 days working in your journal workbook. Each day you’ll be given questions to answer and time to free write about specific aspects of your motherhood. All answers will be completed in the digital workbook provided.
