WELCOME TO MEALS MADE EASY!

It wasn't till I had my daughter that I realized just how hard it can be to find the time to cook. All of a sudden, everything required so much work!

Before that, my husband and I didn't worry too much about what we were eating. We at a lot of take out food, quick and easy frozen pizzas, or I just grabbed a sandwich for dinner.

But after having Luella, I knew that this wasn't something I wanted to pass on to her. I wanted to teach her healthy eating routines that she could carry with her for the rest of her life. I knew that it was important to start laying the groundwork for proper nutrition as soon as I could.
